This Martin Handcraft Model Committee Skyline Tenor Saxophone 1936 Serial #116611 has 60-65% of the original lacquer and 60-65% of the silver key work plating. The engraving is still very sharp and reads “Martin Handcraft Elkhart Ind. USA”. This has the skyline search light engraving. The overall physical condition of this horn is very good with no dents or dings. It has a nice straight body with no bow dents or repairs. The pads are a combination of old and new but they are all rivet style. The corks and felts are all in good used condition. One of the Eb key guard mounts has been re-soldered. The neck cork has been replaced and has light, general player wear. The brace to the tenon has also been re-soldered, as well. Please see the pictures for more details. The original case is in good used condition. No mouthpiece included. This Martin model still has the drawn tone holes with that great mellow sound. It plays very well all the way up and down the register.
