Description
This King 5-B Symphony F Trigger trombone is in excellent condition with 85% of the original lacquer still on the body. There is around 75% of the original silver plating on the slide. This horn has just gotten back from the shop where all the dents and dings were taken out and the horn was cleaned and flushed so the slide is nice and smooth. There is a brace that has been added over the rotor. Please see pictures for details. The engraving on the bell is nice and clear and reads “King 5-B Symphony KING MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS U.S.A.” with the King crown above it. The serial number on this horn is “491667” making it an early 1970’s vintage horn. The serial number matches from hand brace to outer slide. It comes in the original King case which is in good condition. No mouthpiece is included. This 5B plays with a nice, fat juicy sound! It has a really nice lower register with that 9″ bell and it sings beautifully in its mid to upper register as well.

The Case: Good used condition King case (General wear with some edge wear and visible surface scratches). There is some wear to the edges of the case.
